Your son has zero chance.

At 15, I was written off by my principal after failing 6 out of 9 subjects. I was told I didn’t have a future.

That day, I made a promise: “I will prove that I can.”

10 months later, I did.

That experience taught me I could count on myself, even when others doubted. It shaped how I tackle every challenge that followed. It became the foundation of the #ICAN mindset.

25 years later, I was leading global brands like Apple, Samsung, and Nike at Alibaba Group and Singtel.
Then I was laid off.

At 48, I had to rebuild and prove myself all over again – this time as a founder.
My experience taught me that building a business mid-career required a different belief. It comes from within and starts with you.

That’s why I created the #ICAN Framework.

I’m Michael Foo – certified coach, positive psychology practitioner, workplace resilience trainer. Beyond credentials, I’ve lived the principles I teach.

#ICAN is about self-belief – trusting yourself when it matters most.

Because setbacks and doubters will keep showing up. But no one can take away your ability to trust yourself. You own it.
